I feel like the salesman that we worked with didn't care about the sale. We were told we were going to get floor mats for our new vehicle and they'd call when they have some an nothing. Very disappointed that they ran my credit for financing when I told Mark that I already had financing through Ideal Credit Union. I was not asked permission to do this.
