It was an enjoyable experience. Arlen was a joy. My only issue is that after all was done, I looked up my lender they paired me with and this company TD Auto Finance, has terrible ratings and numerou only issue is that after all was done, I looked up my lender they paired me with and this company TD Auto Finance, has terrible ratings and numerous times been reported to the Better Business Bureau. This makes me nervous. I also found that one door had been damaged and paint chipping. I would've thought this would have been dealt with and me being informed. Interior of the car was dirty. Every car I've purchased since then has been from Rick. I just purchased a new 2020 truck from North Country and Rick is still as energetic and accommodating as he was in 1998. I was indecisive on this purchase and changed my mind at the point of sale wanting a different truck. Rick made the new deal without missing a beat and showed no indication of frustration with me. He is not a pushy guy and only wants the customer to leave satisfied. Another draw for me at this dealership is the service department. I've always given the service guys high ratings and never felt they push an unnecessary product or service. More
