Disappointed I’ve purchased 2 vehicles within a month from North Country Ford. While both times the salesman and staff were pleasant - I will not return. Upon comp I’ve purchased 2 vehicles within a month from North Country Ford. While both times the salesman and staff were pleasant - I will not return. Upon completion of the 2nd transaction, I was handed the key to my newly purchased vehicle. I expected there to be an additional set, yet there wasn’t. Our salesman stated there was only 1 key. He called the following day and said for an additional $240 I could get another. That’s all it took for an otherwise pleasant experience to sour. I feel cheated and mislead. I won’t be recommending North Country Ford to family or friends. I’m disappointed and frustrated to say the least. More
