We were greeted right away and the guy asked us what car we were interested in & went to get us the keys. He let us take the car for a drive and answered our questions. No nonsense or pushy sales tactics which I appreciated. I went with their finance team and they were respectful and efficient. It took longer for me to set up insurance than buy the car. Highly recommend our salesperson Kevin & this dealership. More

Not impressed Salesman was ok but was clearly annoyed at finance guy. We were left standing in the lobby while he went back and forth. We found a place to sit and were given forms to fill out with nothing on which to write. Finance guy finally came out and invited us into his office. Left to go get money from bank and finance guy shoved papers at us upon our return and dumped us at the cashier who had to chase him down with her questions. Felt completely abandoned. Sales guy did finally show up and he also followed up with us later. At one point we were ready to walk out and get a similar vehicle at another dealership but we liked this car better. Had a followup question for the finance guy who hasn't bothered to respond to our email. More
