We went in knowing the vehicle we wanted and were able to have all our questions about it answered quickly, however the buying process was less than desirable. Brad did a poor job, intentionally I would say, in going over the added fees that were being included because we were financing through the dealership. They added a 18% financing fee, which he never disclosed, nor did he disclose the true amount we were financing instead he said we were financing the purchase price minus money down, excluding the financing fee. In the end the car is great and we are pleased we purchased it, however I will not be buying a vehicle from this location again due to my experience and what I believe is unprofessional conduct. More

They demonstrated their care for us by ensuring every detail on the paper work was correct. They did not over deliver and the time they estimated for the whole car-buying process was right on. We even received assurances during the paperwork preparation informing us of their progress. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. More
