Still looks really nice, well- cared for and maintained! Duane explained things well, allowed us to discuss options and take a little time to think it through. Once we made the decision to rebuild, he explained the three year warranty and kept us updated on the status of our truck. Knowing this was our only vehicle, he also provided a vehicle for us.....SO appreciated!! So far, so good!! More

We knew we wanted a new edge, but didnt know what features we wanted in it. Barry showed us all the possible features in the new Edge, we told him which ones we wanted, and he had one exactly like we wanted the next day. Recall part fixed I brought my 2016 Fusion in to have the steering wheel bolt replaced as part of a recall. Quicklane oil change and tire rotation Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were a bit behind so it ended up taking over an hour. Waiting area was clean and comfortable so no worries there. The only thing that bothered me about this experience is that no one told me that a small fluid leak (didn’t specify, assuming oil) was found and the battery needs to be replaced. When I paid and signed off on the bill, no one mentioned the issues found nor attempted to schedule a follow up. I wouldn’t have known about it myself if I hadn’t gone through the vehicle summary report that came w/ my receipt. I would have scheduled something immediately if I had been notified. More
