Terrible service. No communication. Dropped off my truck for service on a scheduled date. They told me they'd have a loaner car, but they didn't the day I showed up. 5 No communication. Went to the dealership to see my truck sitting in the back lot and come to find out they haven't even touched it yet 6 days later. I went to the service department and asked for my truck to take it somewhere else instead of sitting doing nothing. I can't go that long without a vehicle. Last time I go there. If I could give 0 stars I would. More
