Smooth sailing I went to Luther after a bad local dealer. Luther is GREAT! I don't say this lightly but this was one of the best service experiences I've had wit I went to Luther after a bad local dealer. Luther is GREAT! I sat near the service desk and cashier to by away from the noise of the waiting area tv and what I heard from the service desk was great attention deal & customer service. Here was no hard sell just the facts of the repair at hand. When I was looking to buy a new car I went to a couple of other dealerships and did not have great experiences. I went back to North Country and again, great experience. Same finance guy (Tom R.) was there which says a lot. My salesman Ken was great and patient. Got a good deal on the vehicle. Ken was great. Tim was great. Will buy all my cars through North Country. Why go anywhere else?? More
