When I checked in with Tony I had a coupon for tire rebates (not the brand I purchased) and oil change. Tony said he would look online to see if anyone had them at a lower price and he would price match it. The price I had was pretty good already for light truck tires. But I thought knock yourself out, bet you won't find a better price, or even look for that matter. When Tony came to tell me the truck was ready he said he had found a better price, and matched it! Since he proved my pessimism wrong I had to write this review. Left the shop with 4 new tires, oil change, car wash, and money left over for lunch! More
Service issue resolved I had a light on my 2012 Edge come on, (door ajar) which also controls the door locks, and the dome light. I was told that the initial cost to just run electrical tests would be 139.00. I agreed to have the service done, and was not happy with the total amount due. After returning home I noticed a commercial on TV for lights out at all Luther dealers. I wrote a review to the dealer with my concerns about my bill and why that wasn't a part of my discount. I was quickly contacted by Tom and he apologized for the error, we talked about some other issues about the billing, and he made some adjustments which I am very happy with the results. I feel that with my concerns I had with service costs and how quickly they resolved them, I would highly recommend Luther North Country Ford in Coon Rapids to everyone. Great people in Sales and Service. More

I had a clunki Yes... honest and thorough. Not many places are both. I recently had some repairs on my Explorer at Northland in Coon Rapids, MN. I had a clunking sound when I made slow turns. I had told other mechanic's at various other shops and even a different Ford dealership. No one diagnosed it or gave me comfort that I wasn't hearing things and crazy. I drove with the clunking for 1.5 years! Finally, after making the tech drive the truck into the bay, I didn't tell him about the clunking, as soon as he got out of the truck, he said, "Wow! How long has that clunking been happening?" Turned out to be minor, they had the parts and I got a better price than expected. No more clunking! Thanks Jack! Seriously! I will never go anywhere else when I need a repair. Northland Ford has what it takes! More

Chevy Malibu I was interested in a new-ish (2015) Chevy Malibu; not because I don't like ford vehicles I just prefer the look of the new Malibus. I found one on t I was interested in a new-ish (2015) Chevy Malibu; not because I don't like ford vehicles I just prefer the look of the new Malibus. I found one on the North County Ford website that fit exactly what I was looking for. I went online and scheduled an appointment. Scott contacted the next day via phone and email to confirm my test drive and ask if I had any questions. We exchanged a few emails and I went for a test drive and to discuss trading in my current vehicle. Much to my surprise when they ran the Carfax the report showed I was the 3rd owner (I'd purchased that vehicle also from a dealer) and that the vehicle had been reported a total loss in 2010 (I'd NEVER filed an insurance claim on that vehicle). I was able to prove both accounts were inaccurate and it ultimately didn't negatively impact my trade-in. The entire experience with Scott and the other employees was positive and easy. I feel I got a good deal on my trade-in, my purchase and my financing. All of this and I wasn't even buying a Ford. Ha. I would definitely purchase from them in the future and recommend them to others looking for a positive and easy vehicle purchase experience. Thank you Scott and the North Country Ford team. More
