2012 escape rusting from inside out on liftgate They farmed the job out to abbra all they did was grind rust off the seems that were rusting and painted did nothing to fix where water was getting i They farmed the job out to abbra all they did was grind rust off the seems that were rusting and painted did nothing to fix where water was getting inside lift gate. They probably did not tell abbra all information to repair it just fix the rust and what a rush job it was. My car was sent in on Tuesday and returned Wednesday. I knew when they called the next day that it was done that I knew something was wrong. They told me a new lift gate was put on and a new seal applied I thought great. When I saw my car and the old gate was still on and no new seal I knew I was screwed and the rust will be back soon and now I have to dump it. No more fords for me. Thanks Ford for standing behind your junk. More

I know what I want and then check for the best prices. I always check at least 3 dealerships. After shopping for my 3rd new vehicle I ended up at North Country Ford yet again They consistently have the Best Price, Best Trade-in value, usually the Best Selection (or they will get what you want). I will be back again and will recommend North Country for anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Matt Casper was our salesperson he did a great job of explaining all the rebates and discounts we had coming and went through the operation of the car. Pam Broman was great at answering all my questions and Tony in service department was great and other people I had contact with were very professional and friendly For somebody to buy 2 cars from a dealership in 2 months must say something about the dealership .
