My 2009 Mountaineer is no longer under warrantee, but I go out of my way to bring it here because of the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. It was lightning fast, which may not be the best thing for the mechanics especially if they're commission based off of job times, but I've had to wait very little for the services I've had done which includes some noises from the 09 Focus that we bought, and a Steering Shaft recall on my 2005 Crown Vic. The service department was polite and courteous. I don't know why they need the door for a 28 year old male, but hey I won't complain! The Ford dealers around the cities are great. Midway Ford did work for my company and they were just as amazing as North Country! I'll make them my first stop when I'm in the market for my post-college car. Thanks! More
