Both my car specialist (Kevin, who I highly recommend) and the finance specialist were very patient and accommodating as I took an entire week to decide what to do. I appreciate their wisdom, patience and concern in making sure I was making the right decision for me. This company is in the business of caring for people not just selling cars. By the way I love my Ford Escape and yes especially my double sunroof, I open it all the time to enjoy these last few days of great October weather. Thank you again!!!! More

The Works Oil Change I bought a used SUV from North Country Ford on Memorial weekend and have been nothing less than impressed with their customer service in every departm I bought a used SUV from North Country Ford on Memorial weekend and have been nothing less than impressed with their customer service in every department - from sales, to financing, to service. Normally I would just go to a quick lube place, but since I've had such good experiences with them I decided to try them for an oil change. When I called to make the appointment I was informed that my first oil change would be free. The appointment did take about an hour, which is clearly longer than a quick lube joint, but the amount of service I received was far superior to anything I would get somewhere else. They not only changed the oil, but rotated the tires, tested the brakes, checked the tire wear, and checked & filled all fluids (if needed). The multi-point inspection includes more items than I can list here. And they washed my truck, to boot. I am so impressed with this place that I don't think I'll ever buy a vehicle anywhere else again. More

Best Service Dept in town The first car I purchased from North Country was in 2009 and until that time did not put much effort into having my service work done at a dealership The first car I purchased from North Country was in 2009 and until that time did not put much effort into having my service work done at a dealership as it always seemed that they were less personal and more expensive than other service shops however I decided to give them a try. Since that time I have not only been bringing my car in for all the service needed I also bought an F150 and take that there for service as well. Denny is the best to work with and if there are any issues he makes sure that there is a resolution that is satisfactory to both the customer and the dealer. More
