Service problem with our Ford Fusion Hybrid We had a breakdown where the car would not run properly. We had it towed in and Tim Rabel was our service consultant. He was very prompt in telling us it would take additional time to diagnoses and that we would have a comparable loaner while the situation was being evaluated. He kept us inform as to the ongoing analysis and the need to have Ford factory engineers assist with the problem. It took 5 days and the issue was resolved and explained to us in clear layperson terms. We had the use of the loaner and our extended ford warranty covered all of the cost. As the only problem we have had with the car in 70,000 miles it was re-assuring that if we have an issue it will be taken seriously and resolve. We love our Fusion hybrid. It is a gem More

There are many other reasons to list as well, but I will try to keep this brief. My family discovered North Country Ford about 6 years ago and has been buying vehicles from them ever since. Whether it be service, sales, or going into the dealership just to learn something new, this place has you covered. I've found no other group of employees more willing to involve the customer anywhere else (not even another Luther dealership). Well Worth the Drive I found about North Country Ford from another satisfied customer and am glad I made a trip to the dealership. There were Ford dealerships closer however I had to check out for myself if all the praise I heard about the dealership was true. The best expereince I have had a dealership hands down. I came in on a Saturday and left with my new leased 2014 Ford Escape. Bill Fannon was a delight to work with, positive, informative and no pressure. Working with Tom Reil in Finance was a pleasure along with Elizabeth Peck who was also helpful and professional. I will definitely refer others looking for a great dealership to North Country Ford. Awesome Service We had an issue with our 2012 Edge. We came in thinking that the cost was going to be high even with our extended warranty. Dave informed us that the We had an issue with our 2012 Edge. We came in thinking that the cost was going to be high even with our extended warranty. Dave informed us that the issue we were having was noticed by Ford and the cost would be free. They promptly ordered the part and got us in as soon as possible to get it installed. We were told that the installation was a two hour job. It was done in one hour and the issue was resolved. The car was washed and ready to go. North Country Ford has exceptional customer service and when I am ready to buy by next Ford, I will be back. More

EXCEPTIONAL! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from North Country (Matt) and the service is unbeatable. We actually did visit two (2) other dealerships This is the second vehicle we have purchased from North Country (Matt) and the service is unbeatable. We actually did visit two (2) other dealerships within the week prior to going back to North Country (only b/c they were closer to home) but we just couldn't get ourselves to pull the trigger and buy b/c the service we received was, well to be candid, awful! The staff at North Country is unbeatable, Not just Matt (who is AWESOME - so friendly, professional and very knowledgable) but while we were waiting we had a handful of other North Country employees offer to help/answer questions. The finance team is also wonderful making the process speedy and very pain free. ;) Needless to say, we will continue to buy our vehicles from North Country - we won't be going anywhere else! I would highly recommend North Country- the experience was great and I LOVE my new EDGE. More
