No inventory available and the salesrep wasn't helpful with suggesting options. I felt like we were wasting his time. He was very nice just not excited about selling us a car. I have bought 3 vehicles fro with suggesting options. I felt like we were wasting his time. He was very nice just not excited about selling us a car. I have bought 3 vehicles from you guys at this point and my experience was soured. Kevin was our sales rep and really took the time to help us. I had an appointment to sign paperwork and still waited for over an hour to get in to financing. Was not offered any benefits for being a repeat customer, no options. Really disappointed. My husband's words as we left, "Well, they don't really care about us". More
