Took my 2003 F150 in for rear brakes & an oil change. When asked the estimate of time was 1 1/2 hrs. to 2 hrs. .. ended up taking 2 hrs. 45 mins. I felt this was a little excessive as all that it they did was change parts..no resurfacing of the rotors. Also felt the price was on the high side as a friend just had this same work done at a different dealership for $60 less ( Also on a Ford F150). The dealership is clean and well organized. Enjoyed the free popcorn and coffee was available. Friendly & courteous staff. More
I have bought several vehicals from North Country Ford over the last few years. While it is convienent for me for service, I have ALWAYS been more than satisfied witht the service I have received. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have performed the repairs/service to my satisfaction THE FIRST TIME. The most recent visit was for a replacement of the drivers mirror on my 2010 F150 and for a 60,000 mile checkup/service. I dropped off the truck at 8am and then discovered my ride could not pick me up. North Country Ford has a shuttle service and it was no problem giving me a ride to my work in New Brighton. Thanks North Country, I appreciated that ride. I have a several Ford dealerships close by, but I aways go back to North Country Ford because of the positive experiences I have had with them. More

We had prompt service, drove in, they were right out to the vehicle asking required questions, figured out what needed to be done and then was instructed where we could wait. very nice waiting room, and of the vehicle asking required questions, figured out what needed to be done and then was instructed where we could wait. very nice waiting room, and of course the showroom to look through! I originally brought my car in for an oil change/tire rotation using the "Works Coupon" that was emailed to me from the dealership! While going over my vehicle with a Quick Lane service employee we had rotation using the "Works Coupon" that was emailed to me from the dealership! While going over my vehicle with a Quick Lane service employee we had found that my battery was corroded and needed to be replaced (which the service department informed me of last time I had my car in for service). I was given a couple of price quotes with warranty information and helpful suggestions as to which battery would best fit my needs. I decided to have the service department replace my battery. At the same time I asked them to look over my brakes (which were in need of replacement as the service department had informed me of in the past). I was given a quote on brake replacement as I was informed of the condition of both front and back brakes. I told the Quick Lane advisor (Kelly) to go ahead and replace the brakes. When I asked how long all of this was going to take as I was only there waiting for a oil change, Kelly indicated it could take up to 3 hours. No problem - I agreed to wait. At that time she checked to see if there were any rental cars available, there was, so Kelly provided me with a rental car at no cost because she didn't want to see me have to wait for my car! I was so very appreciative of Kelly to go that extra step fro me! My car was done in the time they said it would be done - awesome! I will continue to bring my car to North Country Ford for service and when I'm in need of a new vehicle I will buy it from North Country Ford!! More

This was our second purchase at North Country Ford and both have been wonderful experiences. They pay great attention to detail and listen to the needs of the customer.
