Purchased a new Bronco Sport. Had the displeasure of working with Chad from finance. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in my life. He huffed and puffed about every little thing. He d working with Chad from finance. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in my life. He huffed and puffed about every little thing. He didnt know what Law Enforcement Memorial plates were, he was over the top rude and condescending. This man clearly hates his job and he makes that known to each customer with how unpleasant he is towards them. I have been waiting years to purchase a new Bronco and I contemplated walking out of the building several times because it wasnt worth the hassle of dealing with Chad. I will never ever go back to North Country Ford and I will make sure to tell everyone about my awful miserable horrible experience. More

This year I’ve looked everywhere for the 2022 Ford bronco sport which is almost impossible to get a hold of. I finally found one in transit at North country Ford. working with Arlin I was able to get it with sport which is almost impossible to get a hold of.
