I had a tough time at this dealership. In once sense it was fine. Specifically at the beginning it was fine and in the end, I did leave with the car I wanted, at a price I was happy with. They communicate was fine. Specifically at the beginning it was fine and in the end, I did leave with the car I wanted, at a price I was happy with. They communicate easily at the beginning but as I continued working with them I found them more and more difficult to get a hold of. One thing that was really troublesome was the hoops that they put in front of to get the car. Like applying for financing through them. I didn't want to have finance and then have to refinance later. Just let me do it right the first time. Also it was difficult to get purchase agreement to my credit union. I had to call more than a few times to get them to send it. Each time they told me, "ohh yea in 10-15 mins we'll send it over" but then they didn't if I wasn't sitting in the lobby of my credit union at 4:39 pm when they finally sent it I wouldn't have been able to buy the car that day unless I financed through them. Lastly I was so fed up with hoops I need to jump through to buy the car that after getting the keys I realized that the tank was only a quarter full and they promised it would be a full tank. It was even written in the contract I signed but it had taken me long enough to get the car I just decide to be done with it and drove right to a gas station. More
