I provided exact details of the deal I was looking for: 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited (Hampton Gray) 36 months / 12,000 miles $3,000 down $380–$390 monthly All taxes, registration, and fees included No additional or hidden costs These terms were confirmed in writing, and I was asked to come to the dealership. I have screenshots as evidence. When I arrived, I was told the deal was suddenly $90 MORE per month than what had been confirmed multiple times in writing. When a supervisor came out, instead of honoring the written confirmation, the situation became even more unprofessional. The supervisor introduced himself as “JR.” Given the circumstances, it felt like an attempt to distance responsibility from the written agreement. This is my personal impression based on how the situation was handled. Overall, this felt like a bait-and-switch tactic — confirming one deal to get me into the store, then changing the numbers in person. It wasted my time and showed a lack of integrity and accountability. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this dealership get everything in writing and be very cautious, as this experience negatively impacts the dealership’s credibility and Hyundai’s reputation.
