North Freeway Hyundai Service Department has no regard for customer's safety, time or money. On May 29, 2024, rather than honor my safety recall appointment, I was told upon arriving at the North Freeway for customer's safety, time or money. On May 29, 2024, rather than honor my safety recall appointment, I was told upon arriving at the North Freeway Hyundai Service Department that Hyundai General Manager John Kay and the Fixed Ops Director at the North Freeway Hyundai, Tim Shipe had put my name on a DO NOT SERVICE list because I became upset on May 21st when I was lied to and made to waste my time and work for a scheduled recall appointment that was not fulfilled. Mr. Shipe was quite smug when he told me that I was banned from ever getting service at the North Freeway Hyundai dealership owned by Paul Peebles. This is a safety recall that this dealership is not addressing and that is required by federal regulations. More
