Ed, was a decent sles person. I was looking to buy a used or brand new Hybrid Rava4. Instead my friend that was with me found a 2024 Venza with low mileage. She and I talked, took it out for a road drive and SOLD! I am so happy with this car, it drives well, looks good & I get around 500 miles per fill up. The financing was okay, however the guy I had seemed to be unhappy I didn't take anything extra. My feelings are this is a TOYOTA and they are built to last with ordinary upkeep! This is technically my 4th vehicle that I bought here. I shopped all over for a vehicle...I even looked at Kia's. I have always found toyota to be a great dependable car. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles and I need dependable. After days of shopping I decided to try North Hollywood Toyota agin (my old standby). They never disappoint. I absolutely couldn't be happier! When I bought it interest rates were high...that is my only complaint. More

I came in Saturday for my first oil change, for the new car I am leasing, and told my Service rep that I am in a hurry because I have to go to work. And he took care of me, I only waited for a while, at th car I am leasing, and told my Service rep that I am in a hurry because I have to go to work. And he took care of me, I only waited for a while, at the waiting area sipping my hot tea! I did not even get to finish my drink, and he said that my Oil change was done! Funny thing was I forgot that I have to go to the Cashier, my rep saw me anyways and told me what to do! Over all review two thumbs up! More
