Fernando is fantastic. He had been helping me for a couple of months or so, being very patient while I test drove a couple of options. Then, when I noticed my preferred option on North Hollywood Toyota's website, I texted him and he was on it. He kept me informed and set up a test drive time once my car passed the Toyota Pre-Owned certified Process. He was never pushy, but only asked questions that pertained to what I wanted. He is very personable, friendly, and very knowledgable. He anwered every question I had about the cars and knew all the technical specs I asked about mostly from memory. Once I decided to purchase, he made sure that process was smooth for me as well. The whole experience was pleasant. And that is extremely rare to hear about when purchasing a car. I HIGHLY recommend Fernando and North Hollywood Toyota to help you get the car you want. More

Apart from one helpful member of staff, the rest appeared indifferent or hardly spoke any English. I didn’t appreciate being passed back and forth between the office and the garage like a lost penny. There was no one to greet customers and nowhere to sit down. Given the size of the floor, the lack of seating is inexcusable. After my car had been serviced, the interior was left reeking of gasoline. When I complained they said it must have been the (sealed) takeaway I had just put on the passenger seat. It’s the first time I’ve ever had something like this happen since getting my car serviced anywhere, and I don’t appreciate being lied to. Who doesn’t smell the difference between fuel and food ! I had to leave the car in my garage overnight with all the windows open in order be get rid of the smell. They also forgot to reset dashboard settings as I had left them, so I ended up driving around with an illegible screen ! Fortunately they were able to adjust them the minute I returned. But why not be more careful in the first place ? This is the third time I’ve brought my car to this Toyota service center as it’s close to where I live and I have discount coupons. In future I’ll try another garage, Toyota or otherwise. More
