My first experience in the service department I was condescended and called “little lady” and told I didn’t know what I was talking about, REALLY? It’s 2024 and we’re still doing this? Every time I came with an issue I was met with speculation and an accusatory attitude. Every service provider I have come into contact with has been rude and dismissive and when I called after 7 hours to check on my car they said they texted me when they never did. Despite this being the closest service location I will be driving out of my way for better service. More
