They handled my situation so poorly. They STILL have my money, and for nearly a week they had both my vehicles. They left me without a vehicle ALL DAY THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY after I just shelled out over $17,000 and traded in my CHR with only 16,000 miles——for a vehicle that they couldn't seem to FIX and WOULDN'T COMMUNICATE and update HONESTLY about my new car's ISSUE. They had no 'point person' and made me feel like I was a criminal when they had almost 40,000 of my monies, and they kept dickin' me around. This was my second car I bought from them since 2021. All cash. See, I wanted to give myself a gift after my mother died July 28th but what the....?! I stepped into the lion's pit over here (and this used to be my dealershiP)! Sadly, they were incapable of saying the simplest thing... uh, there's a problem. They CHOSE, instead, to make ME the PROBLEM, when the TRUE PROBLEM was that they have serious communication and disclosure issues. (and obviously, they don't value their customers... and in my case, repeat customer). he hem. I got my old car back on Tuesday, saw the STATE OF THE CAR I HAD BOUGHT, (the door was in pieces, because there was a sound issue when I drove it camping for the TWO DAYS I HAD IT). These people DON'T deserve your business. Really. Don't go here. They redid the place all nice over covid, but don't be deceived... I truly hate to say it, but it's a toxic cesspool inside. To me, they are now considered a blight on the neighborhood. It was that insulting. And believe me, despite how close this dealership is to my home, once I get the checkS (they also owe me 1800plus on my warranty, which I expect, because I have nO NEED OR DESIRE ANY LONGER FOR A WARRANTY FROM A COMPANY LIKE THIS), this place will be a distant memoRy. Maybe I'll take that money and go on a yoga retreat. After dealing with this xxxxxxxx, I'm gonna need it. More

We just went through the process of trying to purchase a vehicle and were told that they would review the app with finance manager once our credit was pulled. We pulled credit and they told us they would have an answer shortly. I was called back by finance personnel who said the vehicle we were trying get just sold. The had no other vehicle at the same price point to offer so I would have to buy a more expensive vehicle that would be closes that the had available. ( NICE UP SELL!) Iam filing a complaint with Federal Trade Commissioner , California Bureau of Automotive and Toyota Coporate as we speak!!! Pulling hard Inquiry on someone credit and then telling them the vehicle is not available to them, is not a good enough answer for me. Watch these crooks! More
