Bianca was all about making sure we got the vehicle we wanted!!! She took the time to show us multiple cars bringing them under the roof since it was raining ☔️!!! Worst dealership ever! And you think because it's Toyota you are safe! They are privately owned dealerships and Toyota couldn't care less what they do! Sold a certified pre-owned that had been in an accident Took a week to get my car and it still wasn't ready; I had to take it back there 3 times in the first couple of months! I complained about issues that they would not fix, such as the blown speakers and rattling from the moon roof and doors. The whole suspension system needed to be replaced. I needed a new tire since there was a huge bubble 4" x 6" in the sidewall. I was told I could go to any Toyota dealership to have issues resolved, that is NOT TRUE! At almost a year in, found out the car was in a accident prior to my purchase and they covered that up and sold it to me as certified! The mechanic agreed it should never have been certified! They took advantage of me and then they were rude when I tried to address the problems. They are severely dishonest and shady! BUYER BEWARE! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Oh, and they are not owned by Toyota, and the company can do Nothing to help except take a complaint! More
