It was my first major car purchase and he was nothing but helpful making sure I I worked with Oscar at North Hollywood Toyota and he was a huge help. He was extremely flexible and patient while I went back and forth and I never once felt pressured into signing a deal I wasn't happy with. If I could buy every car I ever purchase from Oscar, I would.
