My second NH To I am a repeat costumer at North Hollywood Toyota. My first purchase was a new 2010 Prius. My buyer experience at the dealer was So So. My second NH Toyota purchase was a 2015 certified pre-owned RAV4. The buyer experience had improved to an OK.. Last month I traded in the 2015 RAV now and purchased a new 2019 RAV4 North Hollywood Toyota. My buyer experience was excellent. They gave me fair value for my trade in. The sales department really appreciated my repeat business and worked with me to reduce the sticker price with factory incentives and loyalty discounts. My wife and I drove off very happy new car owners. More

I insisted on taking the low apr but would have saved more money if I took the rebate. I wish they would have told me but also, I didn't ask. other than that, they are great.
