I'm sorry, I can't seem to find your name on this review anywhere and I have yet to help a customer where I haven't returned their deposit money back to them. The only time I have not returned a portion of a deposit is if A: The customer decides to not return the vehicle when asked and we have to have it repossessed and B: If the customer was in an accident in the vehicle. Even then it's usually worked out where the customer receives their deposit back. If you would like to reach out to me I can help in regards to your deposit.
