I called to confirm the truck I wanted was available before making a two-hour drive. They said it was. When I got there, they claimed it had been sold just two hours earlier — suspicious timing. Was told my service would take a couple hours, only to take around 4 hours. Never updated me throughout the process, was hard to get ahold of my service provider and he never got back to me.
