We are a locally owned and operated store with a new facility built in 2008 for everyone in south Texas to enjoy. However, if you are unable to make it to us just let us know and we will come to you because WE DELIVER! We service San Antonio, New Braunfels, Boerne and all of south Texas. We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. Service Had a mini-stroke a few years ago so started using locals in Castroville for servicing my 4 Runner. I did not feel comfortable with this as they did Had a mini-stroke a few years ago so started using locals in Castroville for servicing my 4 Runner. I did not feel comfortable with this as they did not have a checklist and when the service light came on, basically, they would only change the oil unless I mentioned something. Today was like a breath of fresh air after getting my car serviced at North Park Toyota. I was given a checklist showing me everything that had been checked and the condition of brakes, tires, etc not to mention a clean car. Glad to be back! More

Customer service is a big deal, to us, and Joe and the team knocked it out of the park. So far, we're impressed with them, and plan to be repeat customers. When I called about a 2014 4Runner Trail I'd found listed online, Joe quickly determined it was still available, and took us right to it upon our arrival. He listened to our wants/needs, and treated the sale start to finish exactly as it should be done; our great finance guy did the same on that end of things. This has been our most overall positive vehicle buying experience in many years. More
