We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While you enjoy your lunch you can look through our auto service windows to watch your Toyota being serviced by our Toyota Certified Technicians. Excellent Customer Service Michael Cisneros is a great advisor! He hustled at the last minute for me to get me the sale for my tires that was ending that day. Went in few days l Michael Cisneros is a great advisor! He hustled at the last minute for me to get me the sale for my tires that was ending that day. Went in few days later for routine maintenance and have the tires put on and when I arrived he immediately mentioned about the tires. I also was having trouble with my battery and knew it would need replaced. At the end he said he checked when the the last time I had it replaced and found out it was previously replaced only 2 yrs ago. So I was able to get the new one prorated at 50%. Something I never even thought about but he did. I waited at the dealership for everything to be done which I always do and knew it would take a while which he did mention that it would. Waited almost 4 hrs. My only complaint would be that I never received any status update on how much longer I would have to wait the entire 4 hrs. An update during that time would have been appreciated just to make sure things are moving along as they should. But overall I am pleased with the service Michael provides at North Park Toyota. More

Best Service Dept I needed my truck serviced and didn't have an appointment but they got me right in. They let me know I still had a service contract that I thought had I needed my truck serviced and didn't have an appointment but they got me right in.
