Sales great, service needs work. Purchase of new vehicle was a good experience overall. But, when I brought my vehicle for 6 month service and zaktek application I worked with a servi Purchase of new vehicle was a good experience overall. But, when I brought my vehicle for 6 month service and zaktek application I worked with a service rep who seemed put out by my visit. Even though I called and made an appointment he indicated that they did not do zaktek service on Fridays. Why I wasn't told that when I made the appointment is a mystery. I reminded the rep that I drove 150 miles for this appointment and it would be extremely inconvenient to return for it. He finally, grudgingly, agreed to have it done. After a 3 hour wait for an oil change and zaktek service, I could tell that it was a rush job. Despite what North Park says, zaktek is only a wax job. The wax removal or "buffing" was hit and miss. I had to complete the job when I returned home. As I said, the purchase of my vehicle was pleasant. My sales rep was patient and not pushy like some salesmen can be. I would give my sales experience a 5 star rating but balance with my dissatisfaction with my service visit I can only give them an overall rating of 3 stars. More
