I called service and asked for the best advisor and was given Michael Godina's name. I explained my situation and he was able to help me very quickly. He had the tire ordered, sent someone to pick it up, and called me when it was available. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly and was able to keep all my appointments in the day and leave for my trip as scheduled. I have tried two other dealerships and have not had this level of service. I appreciate his effort and have already returned for my 10k service; I'll keep coming back! More

Old School Customer Service Mr. Fred Duron provided excellent service even though he was not my scheduled advisor for my repair. I got there at 7:05 am and my advisor was not the Mr. Fred Duron provided excellent service even though he was not my scheduled advisor for my repair. I got there at 7:05 am and my advisor was not there yet, thats when Mr. Duron asked me if he could assist me. He asked me the standard questions about my warranty and mileage and then let me know the warranty would not be verified until 8:00 am. I was not aware of this so I agreed to wait since that is the protocol. He informed me that he would have the technician check all the door locks on my 4runner so i would not have to return. (had drivers side replaced recently). Passenger side was now failing so i brought vehicle in for repair. He informed me that his tech did replace two locks on my vehicle. I was happy with his honesty by letting me know there had been issues with these locks. Honesty goes a long ways when providing customer service. There was plenty opportunities for me to be upset, but having a service background I know how difficult Mr. Duron's job can be. His disposition and attitude were key in providing great customer service. I shook his hand and thanked him for his help. Hopefully he will continue to be an example of excellent old school customer service. More

I left a deposit, they sold my vehicle to someone else. I agreed to purchase a vehicle from Moses Chughtai (Salesperson) yesterday evening and sent him my credit card information for the deposit. Thirty minutes later, I spoke with Yanira Fernandez (Internet Sales Assistant) to confirm my appointment to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. I mentioned that I already gave the Salesperson my deposit information, but that I wanted to send it to her in order to confirm that everything was in place before buying plane tickets on a flight from Columbia, SC to San Antonio, TX. She confirmed that she received my email, and then I proceeded to purchase the plane ticket and hotel room. ? This morning, at 7:39 AM, I emailed Moses Chughtai, Yanira Fernandez, and Tania Eubanks (General Manager) the same information to follow up with them. A few hours later, the Salesperson informed me that they sold that vehicle to someone else… who had an appointment today at 9:00 AM. ? So now I’m stuck without a vehicle, nonrefundable plane tickets, and a hotel room that I can’t cancel. Your website says that you have “outstanding customer service” but I just don’t see it. More
