There did not honor the lifetime oil changes. They decided after 2 years not to honor that agreement anymore and we're rude about it as well. Eloy was worst advisor. Horible customer relations skills. More

Email was sent to Justin Pilcher on 7/24. Update: 9/2/20. Justin never responded to me through email when I contacted him as requested, just through here initially on 7/24/20. Probably posted his initial response to make others who read this review that they actually care and want to resolve this when it is more of hoping it just gets buried. That seems to be their real goal, not "100% satisfaction".
