What a stress free environment. I negotiated a price over the phone. They stayed true to their word and had paperwork ready for me to sign when I went into the dealership. I had to put a deposit for the car as they needed to try and do a dealer trade to get the car I wanted. I spent less than 30 min and was on my way home. They got the car for me in a few days. I went to pick it up and sign some more papers. I was there for less than 2 hours and was on my way home. A great place to buy a car from. Greg Martin was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend him as he won't push anything on you. North Penn was a complete 180 from the experience I had with Open Road Mazda. More
