Took our 2016 Mazda3 there today and the experience was wonderful, not pushy, washed car and done in a timely manor. We had been taking our vehicles to the dealer in Hamilton NJ, and every time the paperwork either had someone else's name on it or it was someone else's VIN. We switched today and have come to understand that not every dealer is inefficient or operating in chaos. Thank you for the great service we will be back!!!

I've been driving Mazdas ever since I got my license, and now I'm on my third car. Every time, I've purchased from Faulkner Mazda for their excellent customer service, and my most recent buying experience there has been the most satisfying yet. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into something I didn't ask for, and whenever I had a question, they were up front with me — no fluff or xx. At the end of the night, I drove off in my beautiful new '26 Mazda 3, and I couldn't be happier. I have been doing business with Scott Mazda for over 10 years, and at the most stressful times I have received support from these strangers. They feel like nothing short of family now. I've owned 3 new and one pre-owned Mazda, had regular service, two serious repairs and never have they failed to treat me with patience (a woman over 60 with no knowledge of automobiles). My husband has always taken care of these things but has been unable to weigh in on anything for the last 3 years. Not to mention how nice Mazdas are to drive!

Always courteous, always go the extra mile. I like the videos they send while working on your car, so you know exactly what they are doing and why. This is a good and honest dealership. I do highly recommend it.
