As this was my first time buying a brand new car, both Charlie & Brent were thorough in explaining the logistics and helping me confidently walk through each step of the way. After contemplating the purchase, I decided to call North Penn Mazda to see if it was available & for pricing. It was fate that I was connected with Charlie. When I arrived at the dealer we sat down and went over my trade in, pricing, and other information. Now the fun part, Charlie already had the Audi A4 ready and waiting for the test drive. We got in and I knew this car had to be mine, after a quick test drive we worked out the details. Every step of the way Charlie was prepared to answer all my questions, and to the ones he was unsure of he promptly replied via email, call, or text which was super convenient to work around my schedule. What I loved best about his personality and professionalism is that he is not the typical “pushy” salesman; he let me make my own decision at my own pace and reiterated that my finances are of the upmost importance. I could not give Charlie a higher review he has been a pleasure to work with and made purchasing my Audi A4 a breeze. I highly recommend his services. Thank you for everything, I truly appreciate it!
