My car went in for service for fuel pump recall. I got it back and it broke down in the middle of an intersection a few days later, leaking gas all over the road. To get my car from the impound lot I got it back and it broke down in the middle of an intersection a few days later, leaking gas all over the road. To get my car from the impound lot to North Penn Mazda I had to use Mazda roadside assistance which was a nightmare. Then gas leaked inside of my car so the seat foam needed to be replaced. All of this took two weeks. When I initially called to inform the service center that my car broke down, no one was empathetic and I wasn’t offered a rental call right off the bat. I was offered a rental car 4 days later. To get the gas smell out they had to use an oxidizer and now my car smells like chemicals. I can’t even drive it without feeling nauseated. Also, I was told that the entire car would be detailed when I picked it up and the inside looks exactly the same from when I had last seen it. Whoever detailed it did a terrible job. Overall, I’m really upset this happened and still have a sour taste in my mouth (literally) about North Penn Mazda. More

Setup appointment to check the battery in my car. I was not told that I would be charged for the diagnosis. Also told a new battery is 500.
