Thank you for the candid feedback on your experience with my staff at North Penn Volkswagen. I sincerely apologize for the level of service you received. I realize we are not perfect, and feedback like you have provided is one of the only ways we can improve. I have already set up a meeting with the involved parties to review your experience with them and see how we can prevent this from happening in the future. I will follow up with you privately to discuss your concerns with the wipers and cabin filter. With the vehicle being 3 years in service and 30,000 miles, that's not unusual to need wipers and a cabin filter. However, taking your feedback into consideration, a video of this or showing you in person, would have certainly helped. We're not in business to take people for unnecessary repairs. I'm confident that we can work together and restore your confidence in our dealership.
