this was third dealer i chose to look at and will never go back there again and hope nobody else does either. Nothing but negative energy from the staff. Gary was some what pleasant at first even though he seemed like he just wanted to leave. Once we sat down to speak of cars i looked at there was no thought of slightly working price of car down. Once gary asked his boss everything went downhill from there, once again the dealer guy speaking down to you making you feel like you should not even be there tone and attitude. Also the two cars i looked at, one was crashed according to car fax and was slightly noticeable by motor knocking a bit and some interior paint peeling off. They had car listed at around 15600 meanwhile i previously checked online and same car at that dealer was 12999 at their dealer. I dont know if i did not look appropriate to them but obviously something was not right. There is no way i would pay 15600 for a fixer upper with 60k miles. 12500 maybe but that area was not even approached and was made to feel like i was not looking at the right car, i obviously know a lot more about cars since i work on them than these guys here looking to push people at high interest rate purchases. Lastly other car i looked at was even more money and let me not get started after i turned car on and heard nothing but mechanical problems with that motor. Just unbelievable place , cars were junk at high prices. I took my business elsewhere and now driving a great car at a phenomenal price so thanks for this horrible experience i guess or i would not of found the next dealer. More
Drove over 1 hr to get car priced fairly. When got there told them was paying cash. They said internet price was for financing and that they would lose $1000. Eventually they gave me internet price. Other i told them was paying cash. They said internet price was for financing and that they would lose $1000. Eventually they gave me internet price. Other important info is their "delivery" fee of $1200 add onto any advertised price. Other places charge $500 to $800. Hence why their internet prices are lower than most. Once you know these facts going in to this dealer the people who work their were nice and helpful. Not trying to rip you off. Typical trying to get you to do service contract which you should avoid. From the sales team to the finance manager, my experience at this dealership was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge on the vehicles they sell. After many bad experiences with car dealerships who were shady or untrustworthy, Jay was willing to show up 4 different cars and take multiple for a drive. After deciding which of the 4 we liked best, Jay and the team were very upfront about everything we were paying for and even went as far to show us how good of a deal we were getting with comparative information. The only downside of the experience was the time it took after we decided on the car, all that paperwork, cleaning the car, etc took a really long time. But I think that's part for the course. More
