My overall experience was horrible my first concern is that when the girl had my hey she left and came back told me that they had to run it through the wash before they return it I was ok with that but mi that when the girl had my hey she left and came back told me that they had to run it through the wash before they return it I was ok with that but minutes later she came back with the key and told me I was all set I arrived at my car and it was not washed at all I know it wasn’t part of the service but I’m wondering what was the cover to have to lie to me about it and my airbag light was still on and was told that I had to bring it back to get it looked at because all they were responsible so me for was changing the airbag which I understand but if the light was still on is the issue still present? I questioned if the airbag was even changed and he rudely hung up in my face I’m questing if the airbag was even changed and his people skills are horrible I’m unhappy with this and will not recommend anyone to come here nor will i ever return for service. More

Made several visits to complete two recalls due to parts not being available. When I was told the seatbelt part was available it was not communicated that the service would require my vehicle to stay overni not being available. The dealership didn't have a loaner vehicle and it personally caused a transportation issue for my family the next day. When the issue was brought to Ryan's attention he was not accommodating and standoffish over the phone. Other than this issue staff was Generally pleasant in person and the work is generally done fast. More
