I sent my vehicle, which I bought there, for some recalls. After a week of no calls or follow ups from Caitlin, I called just to find out that they didn't know how to do the recalls and they wouldn't recalls. I asked for a loaner and they gave me the run around a out my insurance. I have full coverage with Progressive. After arguing with Catlin, then arguing with her manager Jon, I then asked for a rental car. They finally booked it at 5:45pm and sent us over there, knowing that they closed at 6pm. They closed on us and we had to go back the next day. Then, after having to pay for a rental, they magically figured out how to fix my vehicle. I finally got my car back but we will never go to this dump ever again. Worst experience ever. Worst staff ever. Dont waste your time here. They cant even do common recalls. More

I spent several thousand dollars to get my vehicle fixed. My wife picks up the car and they add a surcharge fee if you pay by credit card.
