Horrible This car buying experience has to be the worst I’ve ever had, very bad business deal. I bought my vehicle going on two months ago, we looked at the ve This car buying experience has to be the worst I’ve ever had, very bad business deal. I bought my vehicle going on two months ago, we looked at the vehicle and noticed it had no navigation card and damage to the cover piece that pops over the trailer hitch. The sales guy mentioned they had 2 vehicles like the one I wanted and one of their sales guys had bought one and switched the cover piece. Which was fine since he said both would be given to me. To this day I still don’t have those items but yet they sent me my license plates when I was told it would all be sent together. I’ve called and pretty much got the run around and now can’t get no one including a manager to get the issue resolved. On top of that the finance guy didn’t make this any better. Once the contract is signed they seriously don’t give a crap. I will take this as a learning experience and NEVER buy here. This is the kind of place people warn you about with sneaky dealerships. Nothing but liars. More
