I went in with numerous pre-printed window stickers of the inventory I was interested in. Justin Williams knocked it out of the park with product knowledge, flexibility, followup. He double checked to make sure I didn't overlook any other possible inventory or inbound from factory that might work as well. We even changed our minds at the last minute to a King Ranch which turned out to be "the one". The offer-counteroffer game was within reason, yes, they tried to come in low but was able to find a common ground for sales price of the new truck and trade in value. Up front we advised the online team that we would only be working with Justin and Trey Engle in finance based on everyone else's previous reviews on this site. We reiterated to Justin that we would only be working with Trey as well for the financing. At first, Trey was being pulled in every direction that afternoon but was able to accommodate the request and helped us fully understand our options. Overall, I would recommend Justin and Trey again for anyone making a purchase at this dealer. More
