Pleasant Experience For a first time car buyer, I was extremely hesitant and anxious about signing my life away to a 3 year lease. The gentleman I worked with didn't pressure me, and I came back 3 different times before signing the lease. While he stayed in touch regularly to make sure I didn't have new questions or concerns, I never felt annoyed or as though he was hovering to make a sale. Everyone else in the dealership was very friendly and respectful (as they should be) but it all felt very natural and as if they cared more about my well being and not my potential sale. The only complaint I have is the gentleman in Finance didn't seem to know too much about my lease deal, specifically. I asked a question or two that he couldn't answer which I felt was little odd, seeing as how he should know the banking details of my deal. I got a response of "Ya know, I'm not sure. I'm just the bank guy and you should have gone over that with your Sales guy". He did, however, get me through and done very quickly, which is why he may not have known all my specific lease details. I appreciated how short of a time I had to wait and how quick signing went, as from experience, not all dealerships are fast on Finance. (Boyfriend had to wait at least an hour at Toyota!) Overall, I'm happy. It was a good place to go! More

After the test drive we came in and sat down and crunched some numbers, while we did hat he still was pushy he was very relaxed and calm. So often we hear cases of pushy car salesmen and the hassles of buying a car; However, Ramiro eliminated any hassles associated with buying a vehicle and respected my personal space and decisions. After researching on the internet, Northside Ford had the largest inventory with a 10-12% less price for our 2015 F-150 criteria search throughout the After researching on the internet, Northside Ford had the largest inventory with a 10-12% less price for our 2015 F-150 criteria search throughout the local Ford dealerships. Even my previous Ford dealership pricing were 20% more than Northside Ford for the same like item. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Northside Ford to anyone and to do an internet search to see the great deals they offer verses other dealership. I am 100% disabled and I couldn't walk the huge lot even though I tried. Winded, tired and by chance, I ran into Ramiro Sepulveda outside. Even though he was dealing with another customer's vehicle that was being serviced, he immediately offered us water as he walked us to his office after hearing me. Mr. Sepulveda performed an inventory search with my criterias and found several F-150 for us to look at. He immediately got a goftcart to transport me to the vehicles, showed us everything within our budget, trim and color and was so fast to tailor it down to two trucks. We test drove one truck and it was a keeper. If I didn't get the sidebar installed, I would have drove home, but instead it was a done deal in two days tops. Best Dealership In San Antonio As far as dealerships go, we feel that Northside is the best here in San Antonio. We did have some dealings with other dealerships in our area here an As far as dealerships go, we feel that Northside is the best here in San Antonio. We did have some dealings with other dealerships in our area here and most were just flat out not worth even a poor rating. However dealing with Northside was a good experience As most people we would rather have a root canal than have to go through the dealership experience and deal with the vultures that wait for you as you drive in the lot. It wasnt quite that way at Northside. We were met after pulling in by a salesman, when we gave him a salesmans name that we had been in contact with, he took us right inside and to the man we were to see. We knew exactly what we wanted and we knew what we were willing to pay. We layed it all out to him and he had something close to our needs and wants. After the test drive, he was clear that if it wasnt what we exactly wanted we could shake hands and part as friends at anytime. We were also given the option to order the exact vehicle we wanted. We were prepared to do just that. But the one we drove was close enough to what we would have ordered and the things that werent on it that we did want were also added to the paperwork and they ensured us that everything would be taken care of in only a couple days. They were true to their word. We got what we wanted and paid what we were prepared to pay. The other people that worked there were conscious to our needs and were also willing to do what it takes to make us happy. While they had to do the work on our new truck to add the things it didnt have that we wanted we were told it would take about 3 days. They gave us a loaner. I was ready to have some old beat up trade in. Nope...... They gave me a brand new pickup to drive while they were working on mine. We dealt with New car sales, the accessories department manager and the service department manager. ALL of them were very nice and accommodating. Its not just the deal we got Nor just the people we dealt with. It was everything together that made our experience a good one. We will definitely go there again when the time comes to purchase something else. We will also HIGHLY recommend the dealership (Northside Ford) to any and all who may be looking to buy a vehicle of any type, Car or Truck. New or Used.........
