My car was towed to the dealership because someone broke into it. I was so happy to have James take car of my car knowing that he has been honest with me from past work they have done to my car. It's disappointing how they try to trick you by using the original manufacturer's warranty, passing it off as an extra warranty from the dealer and charging more than $4000 without any benefit. I cancelled t original manufacturer's warranty, passing it off as an extra warranty from the dealer and charging more than $4000 without any benefit. I cancelled the warranty the day after the purchase, 8 months have already passed and they haven't returned the money, with excuses that the person in charge is never there or is on vacation, playing with people's time and generating more interest on the credit payments.
