I purchase a 2016 Nissan Altima and although the sales agent, Jasbina, was nice, the moment I drove off in that car was a nightmare. They spoke about how they don’t sell bad/lemon cars...etc but the same night I drove the car, the acceleration was a problem. I couldn’t drive off after a stop at a red light. I sent in the videos and got to the service team within a few days. When I brought in the car to the service team, I had TWO silver side mirrors. When I picked up the car and made it home, I realized I had a black and a silver side mirror. HOW? Why would they take one of my mirrors? On top of that, the problem with the transmission and acceleration was not solved and within an hour of driving the car, the car was the exact same. Now I have to return the car for a second time. I want to know where my side mirror has disappeared to as well. More

Very bad The worst customer services hope they post it not trying to bad talk but the experience it’s sucks stuff they said they will do they didn’t do it car have no floor matts they had promise fixing a not trying to bad talk but the experience it’s sucks stuff they said they will do they didn’t do it car have no floor matts they had promise fixing a hood latch problem never who sales a $30k With no floor matt hood latch problem and when you drive pass 60mph car shaking they got me good because that’s the specific car I wanted no matter what I should have known better but when I point out the problem ASAP they said they will fix keep the car for about a week to replace a thermostat that was a recall common problem I can deal with that but the other stuff sucks if I have to recommend someone I will never the experience was not good at all only one person was trying to be fair she was a saleswoman I think she’s from Trinidad besides that I wouldn’t waste my time to write that long reviews but I figure if I can help someone not getting into the same bad experience make sure they fix everything before sign any paper it’s been over 3 months since I got the car I have stuff they supposed to fix it’s a crazy experience please do not sign no paper until you have everthing you want even if that’s the specific car you wanted very bad . Plus there is name that’s not there’s on the employer I work with Christ who try to over price the car . More

It was kind of too aggressive and I felt very less freedom. My sales man orlando was kinda too aggressive and pushy and I didn’t like the part where he told me leave my debit card in his hand saying that was hi My sales man orlando was kinda too aggressive and pushy and I didn’t like the part where he told me leave my debit card in his hand saying that was his style if we want to proceed with the deal. That part threw me off and he was talking to other customer at the same time. I would suggest he give customer some space and not be too aggressive and pushy. If I like the car I’ll buy it no matter what but these trades made me loose my interest. I More
