Dealer seems to be slipping. Since my Kia purchase in July 2016 till now my experience with the service department was excellent, then I received a letter from Kia for the antith Since my Kia purchase in July 2016 till now my experience with the service department was excellent, then I received a letter from Kia for the antitheft software upgrade. I immediately called for an appointment and was told they know nothing about it and to call back the next week. I called the next week and was told the same thing. I called West Herr just to see what they would tell me. They were aware of the recall and took care of it for me. I then attempted to make an appointment for a NYS inspection and oil change in the beginning of July. They told me I couldn't get in until August and to take it somewhere else if I wanted it inspected in July. I contacted West Herr and they went out of their way to get me in before the end of July. What gives Northtown Kia ? I would rather not have to drive to Orchard Park from Tonawanda for service. More
