Matthew Glaser in the service department was very helpful in getting our Ram repaired. He was honest and knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be done, how much time it would take to have my Ram repaire in getting our Ram repaired. No calls to update after vehicle was there for 3 full days. I had to call every time. Never diagnosed properly. Have bought more than 5 cars from this dealer over the last 20 years.
