NWH Experience Made appointment with Jason over the phone at GMC. He called me back asking if I could come in after 3 instead of 2 so he could be available to meet Made appointment with Jason over the phone at GMC. I did and when I arrived he passed me over to Leonard and he didn’t have a customer with him for the rest of the night so it wasn’t the best first impression. Leonard was great but I felt the communication could have been better. It was my understanding Roger was running my credit and I’d find out the details shortly. After waiting 30 minutes I was told it would be best to leave a deposit and Roger would call me tomorrow after he runs my application and to make an appointment to sign the paperwork. It was 4 pm and I was really excited to take home a brand new car! I left there feeling unsure if I made the right decision. But I got a call back and was approved within 5 minutes after sharing my concerns. I’ve been in sales for many years and customer service makes all the difference. I did have a great experience with Leonard and Darren who were knowledgeable and fantastic! They helped turn things around and felt great about my purchase and answered my questions. More

When I arrived the vehicle was already in front of the dealership ready for me to look at and drive. The sales person was courteous and mindful of my time. I was offered a great price (they worked hard to find me discounts, incentives, etc.), completed the paperwork quickly, walked me through the vehicle features and purchased the vehicle. I hadn't even considered purchasing or leasing a ne I originally planned on looking at a used vehicle I saw listed online at Sullivan Northwest Hills. I hadn't even considered purchasing or leasing a new vehicle as I assumed it was out of my price range. Bill Reudegen was very helpful and informative, giving me all of my options which eventually led to the leasing of a new 2018 Jeep Compass. He took the time to go into detail about all of the features of my new vehicle, setting my preferences. Personable and no pressure which is very much appreciated while car shopping. The only negative I would mention: The detail job on the car before pick-up was less than impressive- Though its a new car and mostly needed plastic guards and covers removed, the cloth they used to wipe the vehicle left little white remnants on every surface (including the leather on the seats). The armoral job also left streaky smears on the car doors and dash. I am certain if i had called they would have been happy to re-detail the car, but "aint nobody got time" to drive 40 minutes back to the dealership. More
