I've been to a few dealerships where trying to come to an agreement is a battle. Not so here. Joel Lambert was great. No high pressure at all. Once I decided the vehicle was the one I wanted I made him a reasonable offer and in just a few minutes we made the deal. Getting all the paperwork done after was a breeze as well. As an added bonus they give a great powertrain warranty at no extra cost. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

I appreciate that they were upfront about their dealer fee, and did not try to pressure me into financing on a cash sale. I worked with Don. He really went the extra mile for us. We had a minor issue with the parking light. The maintenance team ordered and replaced the whole unit for us. Don sent us home with a loaner vehicle and personally delivered our Renegade a few days later. Based on price, service, and quality I would recommend Novak without hesitation. I will very likely purchase my next car from them as well. More
